Ordering Information:

   Placing An Order

We do our best to make your online experience as easy and straightforward as possible. Just click on the Wedding Band Category on the right side or the navigation bar on the top of the web page to navigate the site. Once you found right wedding band for you, click on the small buy button under the wedding band picture to see description and a bigger picture of the wedding band. Once you decide to purchase the ring make your selections on the product page and click on the "BUY" button to add the item to your shopping cart.

Method of Payments:

VISA or MasterCard
You can pay directly online with our secured online merchant account. Our AVS (Address Verification System) prevents credit card fraud. AVS protects your transactions by comparing the your mailing address to the billing address on your credit card account. When paying directly with VISA or MasterCard, make sure that your mailing address matches the billing address on your credit card. If the addresses do not match, the transaction will not be processed, and you will get an error message.

Select "Direct Credit Card Entry" under the Payment Method Menu, and click the "Order Now" button.

Credit Card via Phone
We also accept credit card orders over the phone. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Select "Credit Card via Phone" and click the "Order Now" button. Have your credit card ready and call us at 1-888-278-9953 or (970) 493-2104. We are open 7 days a week between the hours of 11:00 am to 7:00 pm MST.

Postal Money Order by Mail
Make the postal money order payable to TheWeddingBand, write down the order number on the money order, and mail it, together with a copy of the order page to:

Credit Card Verification Number:

We ask your credit card verification number (CVN, or CVC, or CVV) to protect you and us against fraudulent charges on your credit card. If your card number were to be stolen, the person who stole the number would not be able to complete the transaction because they would not have the verification number. This number along with your card's billing address, number and expiration date makes it pretty unlikely a thief can use your card for fraudulent use.

The CVN doesn't tell us anything about you, it's only purpose is an additional level of security, in the event of a fraudulent charge, to protect you.

We believe in your privacy and security. Our website will not use cookies for any other purpose than to complete your order transaction. Our shopping cart service Ecartsoft, uses cookies to merely track and complete the order transaction made from our website. We guarantee that theWeddingBand will not use your user information for any other purpose. You can always resume back to your regular internet settings once you have completed your order.

What is a Cookie?

A cookie is a text-only string that gets entered into the memory of your browser. This value of a variable that a website sets. A very small text file placed on your hard drive by a Web Page server. It is essentially your identification card, and cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. It is uniquely yours and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. Our shopping cart service primarily use cookies to keep track of items that a customer has placed.

Shipping and Handling:

• Unless otherwise stated, All orders from stock are usually shipped the same day or the following day (except holidays and weekends). If the order is placed before 12 AM MST, we will ship it on the same day. If we receive it after 12 AM MST, we will ship it the following day.
• In the event the item is not in stock, we will ship the item in 10 to 15 days after purchase (excluding holidays and weekends). BUT DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD UNTIL THE DAY OF SHIPMENT.
• We ship via UPS, across the continental United States only.
• UPS shipping includes insurance and delivery confirmation with an adult signature.

Note: If you are in the DENVER area, you can conveniently order online or by phone, and pick your order up here at our store.

Return Policy:

 All of our items carry a 30 day return.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return it to us and we will be glad to refund your money, sorry shipping is non-refundable. 
 Simply return the ring to us, postage paid. We encourage you to insure all return items as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. Make sure the ring is undamaged and in the original condition (no scrathes).

 We will gladly exchange the ring or refund your money. For an exchange, please include $7 ($17 for Orders from Canada or $29 for overseas orders) to cover the cost of handling and return shipping. For refunds, we will immediately process your refund upon receipt of the returned ring.  Be sure to include a copy of your sales receipt so we know were to send the refund/exchange.   
* Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you. All our rings are brand new and never worn. If the ring is damaged, worn, scratched, bent or otherwise not in the condition as it was sent to you it will not be accepted.
* Item must be received within 30 days following purchase in order to receive a refund or exchange.
* Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if the item has received unauthorized repairs.
* If within one year of purchasing a wedding band we will repair it (no replacement for diamonds).  Buyer covers all shipping charges.  In the event the band broke due to unusual wear and tear or due to unauthorized repairs by another jeweler buyer must cover all costs associated with the repair.
